The extension, in short

The extension does not collect, transmit, sell or share your data. What it reads and what you write stays in your own browser.

What the extension reads

On SAP Cloud Integration pages (addresses ending in hana.ondemand.com), CPEYE calls the monitoring API of your own SAP tenant, with your existing browser session, to show message statistics, failed messages and their error texts. These requests go only to the SAP page you are on. They are never sent to us or to any third party, and CPEYE only reads data.

What the extension stores

Using Chrome extension storage, on your device only:

  • your settings (thresholds, display preferences, your name if you enter one);
  • your Rule Book: error patterns (as word fingerprints), the category you chose, your resolution notes and the author name you typed;
  • favorites, the last time range and filters, and the API address found on your tenant;
  • flags recording that the welcome screen and a one-time information message were shown;
  • local usage counters that never leave your browser.

Remove the extension, or clear its data in Chrome, to delete all of it. You can also export your Rule Book to a file yourself.

What the extension does not do

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no remote code, no account. CPEYE does not send message content, error texts or tenant addresses to anyone.

Links from the extension

The Feedback, Privacy policy and About buttons open this website in a new tab, only when you click them. The address includes a short label of where you clicked (for example “settings”) and the extension version. No tenant data is included. An email report built with CPEYE can contain a link to this website in its footer, which you can switch off.

This website

The site has no advertising or analytics cookies. When you submit the waitlist or feedback form, we receive what you type (for the waitlist: email and the optional answers; for feedback: your message, the optional email and the extension version). We use it only to reply to you and to prepare Team Edition early access, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it. Forms are processed by our hosting provider, which acts as a processor for us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to .

  • Access to hana.ondemand.com pages: shows the CPEYE panel and reads your tenant's monitoring API.

CPEYE is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
